The price includes:
- Rent of the apartment
- Consumption of water, electricity, heating
- Tidying up of the apartment (except kitchen)
- Towels with daily change

- Tourist tax
- Cash deposit (given back before departure): € 100,00
- Extra-charge for check-in after 9 pm (before 11 pm): € 20,00
